Abel and Reed official opened in 2019, but as of today, Beth Dowden has been a paralegal with Eric Abel for 31 years! Cannot thank her enough for her dedication throughout the years!

Our office is taking the time to recognize Juneteenth on June 19. Our office will be closed today, but we'll return to regular business hours the following day.

We were very proud sponsors of the Wabash Valley Jeep Junkies P.I.N.K. Run this past weekend! This event continues to grow and raise money for a great cause! He went up against some great competition and didn’t get the award this year, but there’s always next year. Blake is truly grateful for the messages we received, time people took to vote, and just simply being nominated. Your support is always valued and appreciated!

This past weekend the office was happy to support the shoe bus at the cruise for shoes event. Supporting the shoe bus helps the Terre Haute Women’s Club provide shoes to children throughout our community. We look forward to supporting this event again next year!

Our office loves being able to support our local schools! The money raised for this event did not only support the glow run, but also helped the Lost Creek Running Club, the Lost Creek Explore’s Club, and will go towards the fifth graders have a wonderful last elementary field trip experience. We are always happy to support our community and hope the kids at Lost Creek Elementary had a great race!

Today is bittersweet for the partners and staff at Abel, Sheehan, Reed LLC. At midnight, not only will we be changing from 2020 to 2021, our firm will also change in a big way.
As most already know, Matthew Sheehan will take the bench as Judge of Vigo Superior Court Division 5 on January 1, 2021. As we say goodbye to Judge Sheehan, we are transitioning to Abel, Reed, Williams, LLC. Michelle, who joined our firm in August, will be becoming a partner as of January 1, 2021.
We wish Judge Sheehan the best in his next chapter and are excited to welcome Michelle as a new partner to the firm! We hope everyone has a safe and Happy New Year!
