Another update on the 200+ yr old bathroom remodel. Almost finished

Quick little update on the 200+ yr old bathroom. Almost rebuild design time. That’s when the fun starts. I can’t believe this window was covered up with plaster and a tub surround.

Redoing a bathroom in a 200+ yr old mansion in the quarter is extremely challenging yet fun and rewarding. Phase 1 complete. Phase 2 coming soon.

Wallpaper gone. Mold and mildew gone. New surround installed. Level 5 finish on walls.
Tomorrow- sand, prime, paint and seal the surround. Almost there

As I expected. Water always gets behind those 4x4 tiles from the 60’s and 70’s

Repaired rot on a porch column this morning. Nothing special but no job is too small.

Done in conjunction with cayman construction. Transformed a broken slab enclosed patio. Gave the customer an extra 75-100 sqft.

Just a few touch ups, a gutter repair and this project will be completed. A fun change of color.
