When choosing between steel and rubber tracks for your equipment, consider your usage, terrain, and budget. Here's a shorter guide:

Rubber Tracks:
Ideal for softer ground like grass and dirt.
Quieter and more comfortable due to better vibration absorption.
More flexible, providing a smoother ride.
Generally cheaper but requires more frequent replacement.

Steel Tracks:
Best for tougher terrains like gravel and rocky ground.
Offer better traction and durability.
More resistant to sharp debris like broken glass or concrete.
Typically, they last longer and are a heavier counterweight.
