When and why I started working out -
"I started working out in 1993, at the age of 12. I had my 1st gym membership at Gold's Gym at the age of 13. The reason I started was because I wanted to be able to compete against kids that were an average of 4-5 years older than I was in Jr Olympic track & field and rugby."
Why do you work out at Species? -
"I choose to work out and train my clients at Species Gym primarily because I have learned over a 16-year career in fitness to constantly surround myself with GREATNESS. Species Gym offers me the type of atmosphere and personal growth that I search for."
Favorite thing to workout -
"My absolute favorite thing to work out is LEGS!"
My message for people on their workout journey -
