Today was a bittersweet day! We celebrated our first graduations of 2024 and said goodbye to not only one but TWO of our little sailors! It breaks our hearts to see them go, but we are so proud of them and know they are going to do big things!

Currently, she is supporting in a case manager role as she works toward achieving her BCBA certificate! Her work has truly transformed our clinic, and we are grateful for everything she has done!

I am thrilled to share the exciting news that Emilee Hoffman has aced her Exam! This is a momentous occasion for our clinic as she steps into her new role as our first Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA). Our Clinical Director, Barbara, will work very closely with her over the next couple of weeks to support the creation of her caseload! Emilee's hard work and dedication truly deserve a big round of applause!

We are delighted to announce that Tabitha Kitchen has accepted a promotion to our Office Manager. Her dedication and growth within Success On The Spectrum is truly commendable. Starting as a Behavioral Technician, she quickly earned her certification as a Registered Behavior Technician in under a year, and then advanced to the role of Trainer. Her hands-on experience in the center has been instrumental, and we are confident she will be a valuable addition to our management team. Please join us in congratulating Tabitha on her new role.

The Crew Member of the Month for May goes to Chris! He joined the company only six months ago and immediately became a favorite with our clients! Chris's great ABA skills and safety training stood out recently when his swift actions played a big role in ensuring our client's safety. A father himself, before joining SOS, he was a behavior coach and is passionate about being a positive influence on kids. Chris possesses many talents. When allowed to help support administrative duties, he outshines them all with his shredding abilities.
