Juan and Abel, who managed the kitchen at Raoul's Italian Grill since 1994, founded Nona's Italian Grill in the Fall of 2010; offering an Italian menu that is well known to Northwest Tomball . With years of experience preparing Italian dishes and servicing many banquets, Juan and Abel decided to open an Italian restaurant with the ability to host large parties.
