Hello Everyone --- I am saddened to inform you in this difficult decision, that after 21 years, WPS as a full-service custom shop-portion of the business, will be closing. Rest assured current WPS customers will be taken care of for maintenance on builds & I have many referrals for different specializations.

I will be in personal contact with as many of you as I can, as you can imagine there are hundreds & hundreds of people to contact. Please give me time to reach out to you. Many of you have my personal cell number. I will also be available for support to you for as long as you should need.

I will release more details in the coming weeks, as there is much to do during this process. If you would like to email me in the meantime, I'd be happy to hear from you: [email protected].

It has truly been an absolute joy for me to have been given this opportunity to develop such close relationships over these years with all of you & be able to provide the customer service that we have in this capacity. I am forever grateful for all of you, in addition to my industry colleagues & community friends.

I thank John & Derek for their exceptional work ethic & attention to details on our builds. John has been part of our team for 12 years & Derek was a welcomed addition 2 years ago.

I don't know yet, what the future holds for me.....we will see! I won't be far away though!

These funds are applied directly towards scholarships of students from Conroe High School that have completed Women of Vision, a 100% volunteer led mentorship program. These students apply as sophomores and commit to the 3-year program to being mentored by local female leaders of Montgomery County. Their scholarships are awarded during their senior year to aid in continuing their education.

*Twenty-two Years. For us & so many, it doesn't get easier even after all of this time. There is a generation of people who have no idea what today means. We have all been through such challenging times since then & for some people more so than others. And while there are people who may focus on things that eventually will pass & probably won't even matter days, weeks, months, or years from now, there are people fighting for their lives at this very moment. Let's be thankful we are given the gift of waking up each day with a new beginning.

🇺🇸Now more than ever we feel grateful & we appreciate the freedoms we do have - we appreciate our military past & present, our first responders, fire fighters, law enforcement, health care workers, & so many more who help keep us & our communities safe & ensure that WE are able to live how we live & get to do the things we are able to do & love doing, each day in our United States of America.

☆We will always remember, & we will celebrate the lives of those lost & affected on September 11, 2001, & those who sacrificed to save lives the best they could without a second thought given. You are in our thoughts & prayers. Be thankful for what you have, big or small. Gratitude goes a long way.

☆Hello Everyone! My goodness it is HOT out - how long until WINTER??? It's the 4th of July holiday weekend, & lots of events going on! We invite you to join us for The Woodlands Cars & Coffee for a Cause Charity Car Display, 6:30-10:30 a.m. this Sunday, July 2!

🔹This is the 1st Sunday donations will go to our 3rd Qrtr non-profit, Montgomery County Food Bank - MCFB. "Established in 1985, MCFB is a nonprofit, hunger relief organization dedicated to uniting the community to fight hunger, & provides nutritious food to hungry children, seniors, & families through a network of 80+ partner agencies. They process, package & purposefully distribute donated & surplus food throughout the county. Food is donated by grocery store retailers, local neighbors hosting food drives, & wholesalers. And a vision of a community where everyone has access to sufficient, nutritious food is possible through the support of our volunteers & our community & corporate partners." https://mcfoodbank.org/mission-purpose-community-conroe-tx/

📌Please enter in by Starbucks, where your donation of ANY amount will be collected. We start letting vehicles in around 6:30 a.m. Please note parking spaces are EXTREMELY limited, & are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Sometimes parking spaces get filled-up by 7ish on beautiful mornings! We usually wrap-up the event around 10ish.

⭐️PLEASE NOTE: The only vehicles we cannot accommodate at THIS particular event on Market Street property INSIDE the RING ROAD area around the central park due to safety concerns, are LIFTED and/or late-model lifted trucks/Jeeps/SUV's w/oversized tires.

You are welcome to park in ANY other area outside of the ring road. Map attached shows the areas of parking. GREEN areas highlight the ring road spaces, YELLOW is next to the Hyatt Hotel, and all other remaining spaces are all available for parking.
As much as we DO love this platform of vehicle, this is not the venue for them in high pedestrian traffic areas, and we have to adhere to the requests of Market Street to ensure our event is safe for everyone. I know the weather report says a high chance of rain Sunday (just don't know what time of day), but we still plan to be there April 2, for The Woodlands Cars & Coffee for a Cause Charity Car Display @ Market Street from 6:30-10:30 a.m. If early that morning it is raining & just no end in sight - I'll make the decision to call-it & I will announce it on this page. Even if the weather isn't ideal, we still gather! It's always nice to get together w/everyone & at least have coffee & conversation! ☺️

🔹This is the 1st Sunday for our 2nd Qrtr non-profit: Education for Tomorrow Alliance EfTA. I was part of this many years ago & it is great for our young people! "EfTA was created in 1989 as a project of The Woodlands Area Chamber of Commerce & local science & technology professionals who wanted to encourage the next generation of workers, especially in science, technology, engineering, & mathematics (STEM) fields. The mission of Education for Tomorrow Alliance is to cultivate education & community partnerships that advance student success. EfTA fulfills this mission through Career Connections, Future Focus, Next Generation Leadership, the SCI://TECH Exposition, & the Student Internship Program all designed to give local students hands on learning opportunities in the STEM fields & beyond". https://www.efta-us.org/about-efta.html

☆So yesterday I posted 2 Carli trucks we built the end of last year, & late January. Just shows how s l o w I am w/posting, as usual. And although I like sharing with all of you some of our highlights & projects, etc., to be honest, it's just not my most favorite thing to do-this social media stuff! I know, I am so old-school. I miss those days of no "e-devices"!

I don't know how people find time to post all day long or every day even. Maybe they have a social media team, or maybe they just have the time. I know for me, with the extra precious time I DO have, I'd rather be doing other things. Here's a small list of what I'd rather be doing during the work day:

♡Taking pictures & updating our customers on builds-Just being out in the shop!

♡Preparing for upcoming charity car events
♡Learning a new language/reading books or magazines-Yuppp I still read those things! 😁

☆Did I say playing w/& walking my dog? Yes....ALL of the above & repeat!! 🙂

Some of the classic car builds we do & have been working on for a while, are usually extensive & are complete in various stages. Some of the pictures I post are just highlights of some of these sections of work, or more has been added to the build over time.

Depending on what we're doing, parts take forever it seems to get in, like transfer case parts for the '48 Willys, or the Hotchkiss suspension for the '72 Chevelle-4 months for the remainder of items! Some parts are originally estimated at a few weeks to arrive, but we've seen that turn into months in the times we are in these days.

Anyway, here are some more highlights & car events since my 1st week in January post.
