We know you love our Hallmark Keepsake Ornaments and Ornament Premiere event. This year we're offering more ways to shop and participate in our event so that you can shop how you want, when you want. We know a comfortable shopping experience is more important than ever, so we're here to help!

To avoid big crowds on Ornament Premiere weekend, this year we're offering the same promotions and Crown Rewards bonus points throughout the ENTIRE nine-day event. Shop the day you want (July 11-July 19), while getting the same benefits.

Here are the many ways you can shop this year:

In-Store Wish List Appointments
Schedule an appointment for a reserved table, so you can sit and have space to go through the ornaments on your wish list. We're now taking appointments for throughout the nine-day event; just give us a call or stop by the store to set one up.

This year a Keepsake Ornament wish list is more important than ever because we're allowing limited quantity ornaments to be placed on wish lists (fulfilled in the order that the wish lists are turned in). The earlier you turn in your wish list, the better chance you have to get the ornaments on your list. If you haven't submitted a wish list yet, please reach out to us at , and we'll be happy to help you start one today.

Shipping
If you'd prefer not to attend Ornament Premiere this year, no problem! You can still get the same Crown Rewards bonus points and we can ship your wish list ornaments to you. And if you're a Crown Rewards member, shipping is free during Ornament Premiere. If you're not already a Crown Rewards member, ask us how you can become one. It's free to join!

Curbside Services
If you'd prefer to pick up your wish list ornaments curbside, many stores are offering this service during Ornament Premiere, where permitted by the shopping center. To help with crowds in the parking lot, we'll be scheduling curbside pickup appointments. Call our store at to learn whether and when we'll be offering this service.

Visit Us During the Event
We will be open for shoppers that want to experience Ornament Premiere in person (and we can't wait to see you!) We will be limiting the number of customers that can look at the ornament display at one time to help keep people socially distanced, so lines may be longer than normal. Again, bonus points and promotional offers last throughout the entire nine days of Ornament Premiere, making a store visit on Thursday equally as exciting as Saturday, so pick the day that's best for you.

Sneak Peek
As an additional effort to help spread out our nine-day Ornament Premiere and feel more comfortable that their wish list has all the right ornaments, we're offering a sneak peek of our Ornament display in stores, beginning on June 29. We invite you to look at our 2020 Ornament Premiere lineup and make any changes to your wish list throughout the days leading up to Ornament Premiere. Ornaments will not be available for purchase until July 11.
