many of us across the county have lost power - if you need an outlet or even just a gentle smile from a neighbor, both of our shops are powered + open 🤍

although seats + tables fill up quickly, many are open to sharing space and so we invite you, in this season where outdoor tables aren’t as accessible, to be amenable to the increased levels of community that thousand oaks is known for 🌳

in light of the ongoing Mountain Fire - with its affecting families, vendors, and the community as a whole - we will be moving our first ever night market to NEXT thursday!

still open normal hours for both shops in the coming days for a breath + reprieve from the craziness of this week, as long as socal edison keeps sending electricity our way ⚡️

hazelnut berry crepe + bourbon hot chocolate ready to go ✨

for the first time ever, we present a five07 single origin coffee !!!

we worked with to scour the globe for the best organic producers (shoutout to for his incredible work on this front!) and after sampling numerous coffees, we found the perfect farm - LIQUIDÁMBAR out of La Paz, Honduras. they grew these 1500+ meters above sea level and then hkney processed them.
it didn’t hurt that the name of the farm sounded pretty darn close to •liquid amber• as well 😍

after finalizing the farm, it was time to hone in on the roast profile. we knew there were delicious flavors hidden deep inside the unroasted beans, and it was our job to salvage them.

time + temperature variables were varied.

love k**b was turned up to 11.

and we were left with immaculate + nuanced tasting notes of blackberries, brown sugar, and even the depth of sweet to***co.

all that was left was to design the biodegradable bag, so we looked no further than .draws - who CRUSHED it - and to have the photography legend .cr_ capture the bags.

which leads us to today: ready to serve up TWO five07 roasts at TWO shops. whether it’s a pourover or a latte, we are fully prepared with our Coffee for Creatives blend and our BRAND NEW Honduras ☕️
