Friendly reminder of our Meet/Greet/Farewell on Tuesday, August 11 anytime between 5:30-7:30pm on the outdoor patio at Brew Works in Fremont. Come and grab a piece of pizza and a beverage. It’s getting real friends!! I officially have nine more working days in the Fremont location, which includes 51 more massages, with Friday, August 14, 2020 being my last day. If you are on my schedule after the 14th please contact Amanda at 231.780.7112 to get scheduled with her in September and for the rest of the year. The movers will begin to pack us the week of August 17 and we officially take possession of our new house the end of that week. Eeekkkkkk. Exciting times ahead with new adventures to come. Public Announcement:
After 23+ years of doing business in Fremont, I am passing the torch over to Amanda. It’s been a year of change and growth to say the least. Things might look a little different in the next couple months, but the quality of service will not. Amanda will be taking over the business, the name will change with her. She will be resuming appointments after Labor Day as originally planned. I will be wrapping up my days here and then continue my journey in the Three Rivers location. I’m super excited and confident that Amanda will continue on the legacy of offering massage & wellness services in Newaygo County. She is knowledgeable and experienced as a LMT and will provide you the best service ever. May you support her in her new endeavors and continue on your wellness journey. Hands on Healing Massage is on vacation June 29 - July 10. Appointments will resume July 13. My schedule can change on a daily basis and I do have a wait list. Booked out into September with very few openings left. Happy Independence Day!! Have fun. Be safe.

With the upcoming reopening the week of June 15, 2020 please be considerate that I am doing my best to get clients scheduled. I am only one person, and can only do so much. Your calls, texts, instant messages, and more, can feel a little hectic right now. As most of you know, my schedule is booked out way in advance and if you are a regular client you are more than likely already on my schedule.

If you are not comfortable coming in yet, please please please get a hold of me, so that I can fill your time slot with someone else. You will be charged if you are a “no show/no call”.

Protocol is warning us for you to not enter the building if you have recently been sick or have knowingly been in contact with someone who has COVID-19. Clients are also asked to wear a face covering. It can be removed temporarily when a service requires its removal.

Exciting news. If you are currently on my schedule please please please make sure you are planning on coming to your appointment. If you are a “no show, no call” you will still be charged. The waiting list has started. If you are not comfortable coming in yet, please get a hold of me to schedule out into the future. As many of you know, I will be on vacation from June 29-July 12 with my children and grandchildren visiting😄😄 and I am also relocating in the months to come. There will no longer be package specials offered to purchase from here on out. Cash/Check is preferred method of payment due to the extra fees for credit card transactions. Because we are a one-on-one service we are in hopes that this will be a pretty smooth transition with the guidelines that have been placed upon us. We are looking forward to seeing you soon! Baby steps...the stay at home order has been lifted for the state of Michigan. However, we fall into the category of “to close contact” and are still ordered to be shut down. May we all practice patience. May we all stay healthy and may we all see each other again soon!!

Hands on Healing Updates:

As many of you know, I have had a five-year plan to work toward my semi-retirement, which has already progressed three years.

Timing is everything and my goals and aspirations have been accelerated with a relocation that will be occurring due to my husband accepting a new position out of the area.

The upcoming months will be a progression for me to move forward and work with my clients to ensure a smooth transition.

The COVID-19 shut-down over the past few months has prompted changes in all of our lives which are beyond our control.

Your continued support is greatly acknowledged and sincerely appreciated through these challenging times. I will be contacting you in the near future with further details.

Hello everyone, Amanda here. Just wanted to reach out and thank everyone for your prayers and support in the recent times. It is with a heavy heart I write this. I have made the decision to take a leave of absence. With our current situation (mandatory shut down by the governor), my children being off school and the recent death of my Mother, I am in need of some time for self care and healing. My plan is have appointments resume this fall. Thank you for your continued support.

We at Hands on Healing Massage want our clients to know that we are continuing appointments as scheduled. As long as the governor doesn’t shut us down. All we ask, is that if you have any symptoms of sickness, or have been around anyone with symptoms, that you consider cancelling and rescheduling your appointment. Use common sense as you normally would do. Our precautionary measures stand the same to keep you safe in our office. Our staff is healthy and taking extra steps to stay that way. Because we deal with one-on-one, we are confident that we are doing everything we can to keep you safe in our office.
