Required: 6 months Sales Experience
Required: Active Property & Casualty Sales or willing to obtain within 60 days of employment
License/Certification:
Property and Casualty License (Required)
Life Insurance License (Preferred)
Unlicensed candidates willing to obtain licenses prior to employment will be considered.
Primary Purpose:
Meeting new business production goals
Prospect new & existing accounts.
Calling warm leads on the phone, reaching out to referrals within your personal network, calling former customers to win them back with the goal of generating new business.
A big part of this role is educating consumers on the specific types and amounts of insurance they need to financially protect themselves and their families. Most people are unaware of how much insurance they actually need. We train you to educate and sell the proper amount of insurance to prospects and our existing customers.
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
