Dr. Rebecca Slape, a physical therapist working in the Portland area, has a specialty and passion for pelvic floor health and will be presenting on the topic.

Please wear comfortable clothes as Rebecca will take us through a few movements that will guide us towards better breath and pelvic floor connections. This information is relevant no matter how far postpartum you are, it is never too late to optimize your pelvic floor / body connection.

PANW is offering a FREE group program with our behavioral health providers who are certified Circle of Security Parenting (COSP) facilitators!

The group meetings will be held virtually.
Wednesdays 11:00a -12:00p
8/9/23-10/18/23 (no group 9/6/23)

What is Circle of Security Parenting (COSP)?
An 8–10-week parenting program based in attachment theory. A secure attachment to a caregiver provides an infant/child the foundation needed for establishing healthy relationships throughout life! This program is geared toward parents of children 4 months- 6 years old.

Circle of Security Parenting aims to help parents:
-Enhance parent-child relationships
-Recognize their children's emotions and needs, starting as early as infancy
-Support children in learning to manage their feelings
-Build awareness of ways in which parents serve as a secure base and safe haven for their children
-Support themselves and each other as they navigate parenting challenges

**To make this a positive and fulfilling experience for everyone, the group will be capped at 6 participants (but participants may invite their co-parent to join as well). Registration will be first come, first served. If the group is full, we can still keep you on a waiting list for future groups.
