Hello all clients, tonight at Rosy Nails Tigard Plaza, we had 2 women and a kid came to get their nails done and did not have money to pay for the service. They came in late and we stayed to help them but they did not appreciate our works. And started to play the victims. From now on, we will only take late appointments when the clients pay in advance.
