After a summer of travel and use, replacing your toothbrush or toothbrush head might be time. It is recommended replacing your toothbrush every 3-4 months, or sooner if the bristles are frayed.

When you work with a team this fantastic, you gotta stop in the middle of the day for a selfie! I am privileged for the opportunity to work with this happy, talented group of women!
