If you know me, you know that “Rounders” is one of my all-time favorite movies. Besides being a great movie, Matt Damon’s character has the quintessential 90’s hairstyle.

The mid part with curtains is making a comeback and I love everything about that. For my client we tapered the sides and back to the skin and did a low #2 to preserve some length around the head. I razor cut the front to shorten the curtains a bit. This style is classic yet modern and gives the client lots of flexibility. Let me know what you guys think!!

One of the great things about being a barber is the different experiences you get to share with long time clients. I started cutting .j.ross many years ago when he was a student at Monmouth University and just last month I got the opportunity to cut him for his wedding. To say the last two years have been great would be a bit of an understatement. When I decided to open up my own barber studio, I was confident that I would be successful but I was also scared of change and the uncertainty of being out on my own. Looking back now, it’s been one of the better decisions I’ve ever made.

There’s nothing more freeing than waking up every day and living the life that I want to live. And if you know me, you know how much I value freedom and the ability to control one’s destiny. It’s perhaps the central tenet of my life.

I am so incredibly thankful to every single person who has ever sat in my chair. Because of you guys I am able to do what it is that I love to do and make a living doing it.

Thank you to everyone who has helped me make it to this point. All my clients, friends, and family. I thank you all from the bottom of my heart.

Massive thanks to my rock, my travel buddy, my wife Thank you for your support, your love, and your patience when I say “One more cut. I’ll be home soon!” 😂😂 I live to impress you babe. And I hope I never stop impressing you. I love you more than anything on this planet.
