Within the past 16 years we have rescued thousands of animals including 2500 horses. We provide them with care and treatment on daily basis, making sure they can live a decent life. Healthy horses that qualify for adoption are placed with new families, mainly in Poland but also in other european countries, and we make sure they are well looked after. After epic chase one week ago, we checked in on the horses to see how are they doing. As You can see they are just enjoying their life and are happy for any visitors.

🐾🌏Great news from South Korea! 🇰🇷 We are delighted to announce that the South Korean government has announced plans to ban the slaughter and trade of dogs! 🐕
Although dog meat is part of traditional Korean cuisine, the majority of citizens now have a negative attitude towards its consumption. 🙌
At Centaurus Foundation, we are actively involved in animal welfare work in Asia, particularly in the Philippines. Together we are building a better future for our four-legged friends! 🌈🐶💙

▶️ What do you think?❓Our activist Janice went yesterday to a place where we could relocate dogs and cats from the Philippines - a shelter we are helping. These are the damages from Hurricane Odette of 2021. Three hectares to be developed, but realistically a hectare would be enough. The dogs would have their own secure, safe place. But the amount of work to make it happen is enormous. Let us know in the comments, ideas, loose thoughts. Can we manage to get all these animals here and make a decent living for them?

Centaurus Foundation was founded in 2006 in Poland, and currently, as an international initiative, we unite thousands of people all over the world.
Our priority is the protection of animals' rights and collection of the funds for their medical diagnosis, treatment, maintenance and introducing legislative changes beneficial for animals.
Centaurus activists are involved in many initiatives all over the world. Our Animal Farm is being run in former German Spittelndorf. And it is the largest asylum for horses in Europe- currently, it is the house, together with our reserve, over 500 saved horses combined.
