We are so thankful to be home but also thankful that we traveled around 3000 miles and had a beautiful trip. The only tense times were in the car as we tried to find the ball parks and garages. One time we lost our car and prayed and found it! Next month we celebrate 36 years of marriage and 2 years of dating. I would not want to do this life with anyone else.

I always wanted to be a wife and then a mother. Both of these treasures not only gave me the title of "mom" but they are so loving, respectful, and fun! They gave me no trouble as they were growing up. Maybe it's because I stayed engaged in their lives, maybe it's because I refused to let their Spirits shut down with me, and certainly it is because the Lord showed up for all of us! Each of them have their own special birth story. I am thankful for adoption and for medical interventions that help with infertility issues. But, mostly, I am thankful to have a wonderful husband who helped us create a family that honors and loves one another deeply!

35 years today I made a great decision and married Sandra Bargery Stanford she is a wonderful wife, a great mom, and a loving Nonnie to our grandchildren. She is a very hard worker and has accomplished so much when it comes to our family and build such a successful business. I love you very much and have enjoyed 35 years of being married to you. I’m very blessed to call you my wife.

The beauty and power of EMDR Therapy! So many reasons why I am passionate about it!

During this week's training, Jill, who was one of the trainees. She had a traumatic event in a swimming pool as a child and never went into a pool again. She was terrified of the pools. Even just seeing a pool made her uncomfortable. She talked about her fear of pools in her practice session group, and after the second EMDR session, she got a bathing suit and jumped into the pool at the hotel at lunch on the third day of the training, with many of the trainees cheering her on. It was something. She had not been near a pool in decades. She has permitted me to share her story and picture. Thanks for sharing, Jill, and for the brave work you and all of your colleagues did this past week.

It's only 1 month away! I am so excited about teaching this 2-day workshop in Titusville, FL. Or you can attend virtually. We will explore inner child work, womb work, and resources, as we focus on healing attachment wounds through an EMDR lens. You will earn 13 EMDRIA credits.
