This weekend, Chef Jennifer Backman and Chef Cameron Vicente from Castle Hill Inn joined Farm Fresh Rhode Island's Asparagus Fest at Four Town Farm! 🌱

Guests enjoyed a farmer-led tour of the fields, harvested their own asparagus, and sampled unique dishes prepared by local chefs. Chef Jennifer and Chef Cameron presented asparagus salad with vanilla bean roasted rhubarb, ramp, watermelon radish, nettle espuma, and a green garlic buttermilk dressing.

Thank you to Farm Fresh Rhode Island and Four Town Farm for hosting a great event!
