A pot of lentils w chicken broth and taco seasoning will become lentil tacos. Add corn tortillas cheese and sour cream for a nice crossie or just stick w a laughing cow and salsa. Yummy! Quick cheap healthy meal coming up!

Getting back to the basics this week s a fuel cycle
This workout was a challenge for me this morning. I had a stroke in march 2023 that left my whole left side paralyzed and I had to relearn to walk, use my hand and even how to fully expand my ribs and lung on the left side so now I have balance issues I never had before. I had to use a stick for extra balance and a wet rag for my face as temperature regulation is a problem, but one thing I won’t do is quit. If you need a coach that understands physical and mental hurdles I would love to chat with you!

On Tuesday nights I get to teach this cutie how to cook various dinner dishes tonight was Indian chicken and broccoli (rice for kiddos) I take all of the Indian spices I have in my cabinet and sprinkle it on both sides of the chicken thighs cook it for thirty min on one side at 400 flip it cook it for twenty more minutes and then dump diced tomatoes and coconut milk on it and cook it for another ten minutes. Easy and so delicious
