Taking care of your skin is the best thing you can do for yourself daily. Just like making your bed every morning it sets the tone for your day.

Your skin and your face are your calling card to the world. It is the first thing people notice including the first thing you see staring back at you in the mirror.

While you’re out there doing your thing, remember to think about what your tan lines will look like.

Avoid all of this by using sunscreen.

1. Apply sunscreen before going outside.
2. Reapply every hour just to be safe.
3. Enjoy the sunshine and fresh air as much as possible. With sunscreen.

There are meant negative things out there about chemical sunscreen. Avoid it as much as possible by using a mineral sunscreen. They are more expensive but worth it.

This is probably the most accurate portrayal of the esthetician/client relationship I like to instill. In the rare moments that I don’t have both of my hands on your beautiful face, I try to get my caffeine in.

Micro needling seems intimidating , but it’s really not!
