Saturday July 20th we have Cris Johnson's Balloon Twisting Workshop! Enjoy some magic and learn how to make your own balloon creations!

Adventure begins at your library this Summer!
To start things off, we will have a weeks worth of announcements on upcoming events you can expect at your library!
First up, Penn Dixie will be presenting Fossils, Fossils Everywhere! Thursday July 11th, 1- 2pm. Great for kids 8+. Learn all about the wonderful world of fossils in this program.

Our friends at ConnectLife Tonawanda Blood Donation Center are holding a blood drive on Thursday at the City of Tonawanda Public Library. Take a few minutes to stop by and make a blood donation that could save someone's life!

On Saturday, June 15th, at 11:00 AM we are happy to welcome back local author Frances Schmidt for a discussion and signing of her newest book, "Forever Violet". The book tells the story of titular character Violet Sheehan, a girl growing up in Connecticut during the Great Depression who aspires to a life on Broadway, but is met with traumatic experiences and setbacks along the way. We hope to see you here!

This coming Thursday, May 16th, at 5:30 PM in the cafeteria of the middle/high school there will be a public workshop where you can share how you would like to see the money spent! We have another series of Tech 360 classes coming up! Over the course of two classes held on back-to-back weeks, you will learn the basics of how to operate a computer. Once you finish the class you will receive a free computer!
