Hello Lovely People! I thank you for your patience as I work on starting up my practice as well as continue on my own healing journey which can set me back . I haven't posted much for the simple reason of only being able to handle simple things right in front of me. I am doing better as I listen to the ques of overdoing it. In class this week we went over 1-10 meditation and how it is so important for you to take time to get connected with your higher Source everyday so you can handle gracefully the things life throws at you. It was a powerful class! so for those who were there, here are the reminders...

Hello, beautiful people! Welcome to my Sanctuary Qigong page. I'm so excited to be involved in the healing community at The Balanced Stone in Tooele, UT. I teach weekly Qigong classes at their center and do individual treatments as well. I found Qigong (Chinese Medicine) through my own search for possibility on my healing journey. I fell in love very quickly with this beautiful way of putting mind, body and spirit in harmony with each other so we can heal. I created this page so that as we grow as a community , there is a place where you can get answers to your questions and share your journey to learn and grow together.
