8 ft hammer. Think of the monument and signage opportunities here. Can you imagine trying to form this out of wood?
We haven't even begun to scratch the surface. This is a very exciting time. Hold on to your pants.

Hard to believe this was 3 years ago. Notice there's no hose management. Even harder to believe that most machines out there still don't have automated hose management. I've seen videos of two guys pulling hoses back and forth. Even seen Cobod tie a hose to a skid steer. As it turns out when a printer pulls 100 ft across a print, The hose has to go someplace when it returns or you'll knock down the print. paying laborers to pull a 100 lb hose back and forth never made sense to us.
The cameraman Automate Construction himself at world of Concrete. This guy has seen some stuff...
I think we're the only company that won't agree to meet with you until you vetted all our competition. THAT should say something. We give 100 questions that buyers should know to ask before starting down this path. Those that are lucky enough to actually speak to the others, discover quickly that MudBots is the only company actually selling that are faster cheaper better. Now that a few companies have been sued because they're machines couldn't do what they claimed, no one else even makes the claim anymore. We welcome you to find out why.
Nearly everyone is trying to force you to buy their proprietary magic mix or void your warranty. We knew this was dead from the start. laticrete, Sakrete and Quikrete are just now realizing there's no such thing as magic mix. As temperature, humidity and a myriad of other factors come into play the mix MUST change. MB is the only company giving their customers different formulas based on their print size and needs. Makes no sense to pay 10 times more because it has a name on the bag when 90% of what you need is at your local batch plant. The wall we're pounding on was printed at 78ยฐ with a 3/4-in pass and 1.5 in wide. Tarragon lab results show the compressive strength at three times stronger than a CMU (Cinder Block.)
Don't laugh guys, she decides where Utahs 160 million from DC for affordable housing is allocated. Also has more experience troweling a concrete printed wall than 99.9% of all of you.
Joining two walls. Little hard to do with a 27" wide nozzle and a low gantry knocking over everything. Hey Co-bad...
Customer training. 140 hours of online training, 5 weeks of Utah training, followed by 2 months of post training back home. Notice how we don't stop every 6 to 12 in. Ask around, it's actually a thing.
Did we forget to mention we do this. Nice touch that our printer is set up on wheels and can be rolled on and off the field.
Senators are here. Where's Mayor Mendenhall? Here's the solution to homeless housing my friends.
Outlets and Romex runs are installed while printing.
Good thing there's no drywall on our walls. We finish while we print. Finally architects can design something besides a box.
FYI.
Got to love Idaho. Would love to see Icon printing over here. Ah... Go ahead and take 3 months off guys.
Anyone want to guess why they're not printing interior walls. From the looks of it, I believe it was a smart move.
California Team. Sauna steam rooms for resorts with redwood benches and interior fiber optic lighting.
Ever wonder how others would assemble their printer on a 6 ft grade drop? Let alone printing a basement. MudBots printers set up on any grade and can print within an inch of excavation. You're killing it Adam.
First 3DCP printed basement in the world
Core sample 3DCP printed footings. no more forming, stripping forms, pulling nails and spraying with diesel. Not to mention the walls might be straight this time.
The MudBots team is excited to announce that the company has relocated to Tooele, UT. This move will provide the company with more space and opportunities to continue building the world's best 3D Concrete Printers. The upcoming year will be filled with high expectations and we're looking forward to making those plans a reality. Stay tuned for more updates and changes!
