Come join us at Ken’s Gym for some rejuvenating yoga flows! 🙌🏻
We now offer adult yoga classes (ages 14+) on Monday and Tuesday mornings from 9:15-10:15! ☀️ Come dressed in clothing that allows for comfortable movement.

Our experienced yoga instructors each have over 500 hours of training. They focus on creating a safe practice for all bodies and experience levels. 🦾 Mats, blocks, bolsters, blankets, straps, and pads are available for use.

Drop into either or both class times when you enroll this summer. More offerings to come in the fall!
