NOTO Art Cakes (Pancake Fundraiser) by NOTO Arts and Entertainment District This is a joint fundraiser for NOTO Arts & Entertainment District and the Topeka Rescue Mission, with all proceeds being split equally between our two organizations.

The countdown is on! We're just one month away from one of our favorite Fall events, our annual Art Cakes (Pancake) Breakfast fund raiser benefitting Topeka Rescue Mission Ministries and NOTO Arts & Entertainment District.

They have been working hard on upgrades to the restaurant over the past few months and are finally ready for the Grand Reopening!
