It was a good week knocking this project out for a repeat customer! It’s always fun seeing a bare yard transform into a plush green yard. All rock areas were cleaned of all w**ds, leaves, and debris. Didn’t snag the before photos unfortunately .

We had a great time completing this 95 foot wall for some amazing customers. 95 feet of “silver mist” retaining wall block, topped off with matching caps. 6 tons of 3/4 wash gravel behind wall to help with drainage, backfilled with about 15 yards of soil, new w**d fabric, and finished off with 6 tons of ks river rock. The corner downspout was buried as well and exits through wall grate.

ATTENTION mowing customers!! As most of you know. Mowing takes place on Thursday and fridays. With the looks of the weather this week, the mowing schedule will most likely be different! Your yard WILL get mowed asap. Thank you for your understanding!

Installed two tree rings this week to spruce up the front yard, Topped it off with black mulch, and brought in quite a bit of dirt to cover some roots up!

Cleaned up the beds, installed some new w**d fabric, and hauled in about 5 tons of rock! Installed 75 feet of steel edging down the sides of the stair way to keep the river rock in and buried the downspout by the front door to avoid the puddle at the entry way!

Recently finished this 3 tier retaining wall, tied into 45 feet of stone edging! Brought in some soil to fill in the low areas inside the mulch beds, next to the brand new walk way and drive way done by Complete Concrete. Finished it all off with red mulch!

Finished up! We tore down an old wooden retaining wall, replaced it with versa lok block and topped it off with matching caps! This project was a nice little work out.

Fun fact: Blocks and caps combined, this is a 24,000 pound wall!

There was an issue with water puddling in this rock bed and eventually getting up to the house if it rained hard enough. We installed a 12 inch drain box in the center of the low point of the rock bed and ran 40 feet of pvc downgraded to our pop up outlet.

The downspout we replaced was a dirt filled corrugated ads pipe. We replaced it with pvc piping and ran it across the driveway into the side yard.

Here’s a project we have been working on this week! Plants will make an appearance come spring! This was a small business here in topeka near the capitol. We take a lot of pride in doing projects for residents and businesses here in town. It’s a rewarding feeling. Can’t wait to update y’all when the plants come in!
