1. Understand the importance of the vetting process. Each listing platform is different so, tighten up your settings. 🤓
2. Get to know your guests before they visit. Build a relationship.
3. Two night minimum stays reduce the risk of unwanted parties. Your neighbors will appreciate you! 🥳
4. Read traveler's reviews. Guests are AMAZING! 🏆
5. Have clear house rules with checkout time in your listing, in your automations, AND printed in your rental. Try not to make the rules sound like kindergarten.🌸
6. Communicate with your guests during their stay. However, follow their lead so you don't annoy them.😉
7. Knowing the landlord and tenant laws are critical before starting this journey. Anything over a 27 day stay is considered mid-term or long-term so the laws change. Read up! 📌
