Dialogue Coffee House's partnership with Blue Jazz Coffee Roasters was established in March 2021 with a commitment to better our craft of coffee. Blue Jazz provides far more than just tasty coffee by helping grow our team's skills. Dialogue and Blue Jazz are devoted to fostering relationships and creating opportunities to uplift our community.

Kevin notes the numerous reasons they decided to partner with Dialogue. "At Blue Jazz, we pray for opportunities to use our skills, strengths, and resources to better the Topeka Community. We actively seek partnerships with organizations that are like-minded in doing great things for Topeka and have the drive to put in the effort to make sure that all of our citizens can flourish here in our beloved town.

We had 3 wonderful team members leave our shop and each for good reasons which all just happened at same time.

☀️ Therefore, we are looking for daytime help [Only]. ***We are totally good on after school help for now.***
And we’d really like to find permanent help opppsed to summer but we will definitely be willing to talk!

🕰️ Shifts needing to fill:
5:30 to 11; 7 am to 1 and 11 to 4.
🍪 There is some baking & cooking involved in one of the shifts.

🙏🏽 We are looking for those who believe in our mission to be community oriented and very forward thinking. Especially since two of the shifts are morning hours when it can be quite fun yet fast-paced.
🙏🏽 Each time we lose someone we tend to get concerned yet, need to remember … God seems to know and sends us those when needed so we are praying the same here.

The friendships and community we've been able to forge between local businesses is one of the best things about our Tasting Room Events. We invite all of Topeka to be a part of what we are building. We are still a small group of people building something with purpose beyond "just having good times." People need people. If you're a people that needs other people, we will welcome you with open arms into our little community we are building. Let's see what continues to happen when our local businesses provide some good old fashioned hospitality to all that might want to be a part of something good. Early notice was given to our email list, but there are still seats available. Please share our post around to help us completely fill up the warehouse. We will have extra room with tables in the factory given the nicer weather outlook. If you’re new to our events, the general idea is that we bring together local food and all the coffee you can hold while enjoying community with your loved ones, and possibly even making a new friend or two while you’re at it!
