One year ago we were breaking in our new Mill City 2K digital roaster with some seasoning roasts. Why Timbre? Timbre is the ability in music to distinguish between two different sounds in the same pitch or tone. We use this roaster to differentiate coffees in our Mix Tape Series and for sampling new coffees. By roasting the same coffee in many ways we are able to create unique coffees that share some similarities, but at the same time are different.
GIVEAWAY CONTEST: 5 WINNERS WILL BE CHOSEN!!: We thought it would be fun to simulate some team-building and “game-day training regiment” here in our factory to be ready for all the orders that are pouring in from our new game day dip product release.
