We’re keeping our fingers crossed that the weather cooperates tomorrow! Our U-Pick Blueberry and Raspberry fields will be open tomorrow, Wednesday 7/24, from 8am-4pm… weather permitting. It does look like it will just be cloudy most of the day so hopefully we don’t get hit with thunderstorms!

We’ll also be at the Portland Maine Farmers' Market tomorrow from 7am-1pm at Deering Oaks Park. And our Farm Stand will be open 9:30am-5:30pm. The Farm Stand and the Market will both have our sweet corn available! 🌽

Thanks everyone for a great weekend of picking! This beautiful weather looks like it’ll be with us one more day before some rain expected Tuesday through Thursday, so we figure we’ll make the most of it Monday and offer extended hours (8am-7pm) again! Tuesdays don’t have to be boring! Make your Tuesday juicy instead by coming out to pick some berries!! Today will be opening day of blueberries and we still have an abundance of super tasty raspberries as well!! For the blueberries, there are a good amount out there but still a ton ripening, but the raspberry bushes are still loaded! Don’t you just love when you can get 2 berries at once?! As we near the end of our strawberry season, it’s certainly not the fast, easy picking that we were seeing a week ago but there are still some beautiful berries out there that need homes! It’s the time in the season where you have to go a little farther, dig a little deeper (hint: lift up the leaves and the weeds! There are amazing berries under there that have been protected a bit from the rain!) to get the good ones, but they are there! Due to the extreme heat last week and quite a bit of rain recently, it is looking like it will be a short season, sadly, so come get your strawberries while you can! It may not be stocked full out there, but it’s sure to be a great outdoor family activity!
