Copy: Happy ! We're celebrating with our Chai Tea Fizz, the perfect drink for the occasion, besides chai tea, of course.
Ingredients
1 ½ ounces gin
¾ ounces lemon juice
½ ounce egg whites
Club Soda, to top
Lemon twist for garnish
½ ounces chai simple syrup -
4 Devan’s Legacy Chai Pyramid Tea Bags
⅓ cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions For Chai Simple Syrup:
In a medium saucepan, boil 1 cup of water. Remove from heat and add the tea bags.
Steep for 10-15 minutes.
Remove the tea bags and add the honey.
Bring to a boil over high heat and boil for 3 to 5 minutes then remove from the heat.
Stir in the vanilla and set aside to cool. This syrup can be left in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.

Directions:
Add all the ingredients but the club soda and ice to a shaker, and shake vigorously.
Open the shaker and add ice, shake again for 30 seconds or until well combined and chilled.
Double strain into a chilled highball glass and serve without ice and top with club soda.
Garnish with the lemon twist.
