TTC is a program of the Cultural Services Division of the Torrance Community Services Department. The TTC is CURRENTLY presenting its season at 1316 Cabrillo Ave in downtown Torrance, and ADDITIONALLY presents an annual summer musical at the James Armstrong Theatre at the Torrance Cultural Arts Center.
