Joshie Bakes

This is the third cookie of choc chip day. A savory, spicy, and sweet cookie with milk and semi sweet Choc. The spices are cayenne, black pepper, ancho chili, and berbere spice.

First bake on Le Docket. Mint matcha chocolate chip cookies. I'm going to call them the Incredibly Minty Hulk cookies. They have a Hulkish coloring and taste minty, like the Hulk.

I went and visited the neighbors and picked a ton off their orange tree. So Maddie and I made, Ye ol' orange bread.

My dear friend. You're gone. You've been there for over twenty years. Cookies, brownies, cakes, muffins, breads. With us for many Christmas cookie bakes. You were a life saver during covid. It's been a pleasure making yummy bakes for the masses, with you. You'll be missed my old friend. Gone but always in my heart. RIP

Ok, what you've all been waiting for, the S'Mores cookies.

Only nine of these loaves. The infamous spicy pineapple bread.

Starting of with some loaves. I've made some super yummy Carrot loaveses. I've made twenty of them. So, if'n you'd like a loaf. Please let me know. Or just wait. The baking has just begun.

Another Australian cookie for day o'bakes. These are eggless custard cookies with maraschino cherry.

Next on the baking list is ANZAC biscuits. These are Australian/New Zealand cookies made with rolled oats, flour, sugar, butter, golden syrup, baking soda, boiling water, desiccated coconut, and slivered almonds. These became popular during WW 1

It's been a while since I've had a baking day. So I'm starting with the famous S'Mores cookies

I have confirmed there is an evil twin. These are white chocolate chip churro cookies. One is rolled in cinnamon sugar and the other is rolled in cinnamon sugar cayenne black pepper. They look the same. Pure evil.

They say there's always an evil twin. I'm not sure if that's true. I'll let you decide if one of these oatmeal cookies are evil. A sweet cinnamon raisin oatmeal cookie, and it's twin, a sneaky chocolate chip oatmeal with cayenne and black pepper.

The Cinnamon twins are here. Both are cinnamon cookie, one cookie has dark chocolate chips, the other has walnuts and butterscotch chips.
