A fun White Pinot will be tasted on Saturday 3-5 at WineShoppe!! We’ve got some very big reds and a unique red/white wine for you.
Bradley from Ribboli Family will be pouring the LA Cetto Sauvignon Blanc and Unoaked Chardonnay from Baja California, Coelho White Pinot Noir (yes, it said white) from Oregon, before turning to the big reds, Smokescreen”The Chemist “ red blend, San Simeon Cabernet Sauvignon and closing with Opaque “Darkness”.....BAM!!! 🍷

Pan grilled loin lamb chops with roasted eggplant, peppers, onions, cherry tomatoes and mushrooms topped with a side of kale, lemon, dill, garlic, Greek yogurt sauce and a bottle of Pinot Noir🍷

Sarah Machado from Regal Wines will be leading the pouring on Saturday 3-5 at WineShoppe taking us around the world.
Sarah will pour Honoro Vera Monastrel, Bodegas Morca Grenache and Blue Gray Prioret red blend from Spain, Cambria Katherine’s Vineyard chardonnay from California and closing with Painted Wolfe Pinotage and Stark-Conde Field Blend from South Africa.....real fun and varied tasting wines for one and all!

Sheet pan fun with my daughter Tracy’s Panko Parmesan chicken breasts. Dip in egg, a little milk then in panko seasoned with salt, pepper and grated Parmesan. Sprinkle with OV. In the second pan (or the same if you have room) place spring veggies such as asparagus, snap peas and cauliflower, cherry tomatoes, red onion and sliced red pepper. Season as desired-I used a little orange marmalade and bacon bits on the asparagus and chipotle mustard in the cauliflower. Sprinkled with OV. Mike will pop both in a 375 oven for 40/45 min until chicken done. Voila, you have dinner-all prepared in the morning!

This Saturday, he will be pouring Cabesa Casa Garnache from Spain, Runquist Zin from Amador County, Jaffurs State Street Syrah from the central coast, Altanza Crianza from Spain, Bin 6410 Pinot Noir from Sonoma, and Senorio de Otxaran Tzakolina from the Basque region of Spain.........fun, one and all!

Greek Chicken Sheet pan! Prepare up to a day before!! Chicken breast, sausage (optional, but Mike likes it), red onion, red and green peppers, artichoke hearts, zucchini, tomato slices, Brussel sprouts and Kalamato olives. Baste with a mixture of ov, garlic, balsamic vinegar, oregano, paprika and basil. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 min until chicken done. Add chunks of feta cheese before removing from oven and serve with tzatziki sauce and a glass of Spanish Reserva wine! Easy!! , ,

On Saturday from 3-5 (Be here by 4:30) at WineShoppe, Paul Bittick from Vin West will be taking you on a tour of some wines from Paso Robles, 1 white and 5 reds!

Paul will be pouring the Midnight Cellars Full Moon Red Blend, Malbec, Eclipse Petite Sirah, and Merlot, Pomar Junction Train Wreck Red Blend and the Aurora White Rhone Blend......fun, big wines perfect for the playoffs!

Rick Duarte will be pouring a delicious lineup of wine Saturday, Jan. 13th 3-5 (be there by 4 at WineShoppe! He will pour the Rancho Sisquoc Silvaner (white) followed by the Los Bocheros red blend from Argentina, Centopassi Nero d’ Avola from Sicily, Novelty Hill Syrah from Washington, Tete a Tete red blend from Sierra Foothills and the Ironstone Reserve Old Vine Zinfandel from Lodi area.......should be a fun tasting for all.

Tasting is the regular 3-5pm, but you need to be here by 4:30 latest to take part in the tasting.

Cameron will pour on Saturday, December 16 3-5 The Vallevo Montepulciano, Marangonoa Trebbiano, Le Fraghe Bardolino,
Roccafiore Sangiovese, Centopassi Nero d’ Avola and Villa Dora Caprettone, 2 whites, 4 reds.

Taylor Ellis from Skurnik will be leading the pouring of wines from around the world on Saturday 3-5.

Taylor will pour Selback "Incline" Dry Reisling from Germany, Dos Minas Torrontes and Bodegas Tineod "JA!" Tempranillo from Spain, and Johanneshof Reinische Estate Pinot NOir, Kloof Street Swartland Rouge and David/Nadia "Topography Pinotage from South Africa.......a real fun tasting trip!

HERE I AM PLANNING THE TASTING Saturday 3-5!! My tasting lineup has a good chance of including Jeremy, Cuatro Dias, John Alan and some other fun wines.

While George was a pioneer in growing grapes on his estate in Virginia, we are focusing on the wine coming from Washington State, the second largest wine making region in the United Mandi from Winebow Wines will lead the tasting Saturday 3-5 at WineShoppe with some real serious wines from "up north".
The wines being poured are the Novelty Hill Sauvignon Blanc, Syrah, RSR Blend, Jaime Chardonnay, 94 Point Matthews Cab and Janiuk Merlot.........well worth you time.

Taj from Springboard will be leading the tasting this Saturday 3-5! Starting with Board Track Racer Chardonnay from Washington State, then Averaen Pinot Noir from Oregon, before launching into the big reds, Eric Kent "Untethered Red" from Sonoma, Pavette Zinfandel from Lodi, Sans Liege "The Offering" from Paso Robles and closing with Terre Rouge "Tete-a-Tete" blend from Sierra Foothills........one nice tasting.

Andis Winery will be at WineShoppe 3-5 Saturday!!Lorenzo will be pouring 6 knock out wines from Gold Country with amazing award winners that will kick off the holiday season coming up.

The lineup will include Andis Cabernet Franc, Andis Di Staio Old Vine Zinfandel, Andis Petite Sirah, Andis Sauvignon Blance, Painted Fields Curse of Knowledge Red Blend and Painted Fields Old Vine Zinfandel.......Bamm!!

Just recovering from the Catalina View Gardens Wine Club tasting on Sunday...great taste, not so great weather.

Due to a misunderstanding, VIE Winery will not be able to lead the pouring on Saturday 3-5 so I "volunteered" to take over the duties.

My theme is "Paso Robles!", one I am sure our red preferring customers will enjoy.

I will be pouring 1 white, and 5 red wines.

Meal on a pan to the rescue. Peppercorn pork tenderloin, slits filled with parsley and basil. Chopped purple kale topped with red onion and red potatoes. Green peppers, green beans, mushrooms, squash on the side. All sprinkled with OV, fresh lemon juice, a little Dijon mustard, seasoned salt and black pepper. After work, Mike will pop it into a 375 oven for about 40 min or until pork is at 145 degrees. Open a bottle of wine and we’ve got dinner when I come through the door 🍷

A fan favorite, Rancho Sisquoc Winery from Santa Maria, California is back this Saturday at WineShoppe 3-5 with Rebecca Curtis behind the table. Rebecca will be pouring their Merlot, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, Meritage, Syrah and unique Sylvaner white wine!
