If you go to walk or exercise at Wilson Park, please help this very young ( seems less than 1 year old) yellow mother and her 2 or 3 yellow kittens. They are hungry and the kittens are frightened.
They are all the way back, behind the fence, on the right side of the park, behind the SCROC.
Please share, and help the poor cats, if you know someone from Humane Society. They need help.

お腹ぺこぺこで、痩せてガレガレです。
Wilson Park の右側のSCROCの後ろ、ずっと奥の、フェンスの向こう側にいます。
母猫は助けを求めて近づいてきます。子猫ちゃん達は怖がって隠れています。
皆様、餌、又は、捕まえて飼って下さる方がいらしたら心から感謝を祈ります。

Many of our friends know that we are feeding 4 cats, outside of Marriott Hotel Parking.

3 of them are females and they were having babies, making everybody’s life complicated. My husband found a compassionate Veterinarian to neuter all 4, including the male cat.

I just want to thank ELSA OLACHEA, our neighbor, full of love for the animals and for the nature, for the cat food donation, helping us keep the cats healthy with no hunger.

皆様がもうご存知だと思いますが、私達はもう5〜6年、マリオットホテルのパーキングの近くでノラネコさん4匹に餌を毎日あげてます。

3匹はメスで1匹がオスです。初めは、猫ちゃん達のベイビーが次々と生まれてきて大変でした。
有難く優しいvetが4匹を去勢して下さいました。

JAPAN

Every time when I go to Japan, my feelings are: I am back, I am safe.

Water, air, and food are delicious, every place/view is beautiful. They are all part of my being.

How nice it would have been if I was allowed to live all my life in Japan, with my family and my friends, in the school, work, in the day by day life, since my childhood to youth to adulthood.

Born as a Japanese, I really wanted to have lived in Japan, as a native.
That is what I feel now.

Taking away any living being from their habitat, we are hurting deep inside of their nature soul.

日本へ行く度に、帰って来て良かった、ホットする感じ｡

水も空気も食べ物も美味しい、景色は最高、自分の一部だ。

子供から青春、大人へ、学校、仕事、毎日毎日を日本での家族/友達と過ごして生きてきたかった。

日本人として、日本で人生を生きたかった。
そう感じる今の私｡

生まれたhabitat から生き物を移動させるとその者の心に深い傷をつける｡

A água, a comida, o ar, são deliciosos e as paisagens maravilhosas. Eles são partes do meu ser.

As we age, falling asleep or go into a deep sleep became increasingly difficult. Sometimes, physical body needs to rest completely.

To fall asleep, breathe slowly while lying down and allow feelings of confusion to fill your mind. Hold onto this feeling and drift away.
And you are slowly going inside of a sleeping Theta/Delta frequency bubble.

Sitting straight on the sand and feeling the freezing wind all over my body, allows me to think solely about my cold being.

Laying down, the hot sun warms up my body, relaxing me, and allowing my mind to fly. It takes me to a sleeping bubble.

In my confused and not clear mind and spirit in the last 7 nights, my daughter is coming to me in my dreams; Gabi child, Gabi lady, showing me many different and surreal situations.
I tried to understand with my limited human mind, but I realized it is not possible.
She is just sending me energy to go on, and saying that she is always with me, no matter what.
When my energy is drained by life happenings, revelations and bad energies, she is always sending me messages.
