At Brazilian Plate House, guests can find an authentic à la carte Brazilian cuisine. It starts with an appetizer, such as coxinha, a small fried raindrop-shaped dough filled with shredded chicken. A main dish is, for example, a Brazilian combo plate of white Basmati rice, black beans, french fries, seasoned yucca flour crumbs filled with meat of choice, like Picanha—tender and juicy premium cut of beef, grilled fat-on to enhance the flavor.
