Our office offers Kinesiology Taping which may be part of your treatment. Kinesiology Taping is another tool in our tool box which we can offer patients to aid in the reduction of pain or swelling while assisting in your body’s natural healing process. Our clinicians are all Certified Kinesio Taping Practioners(CKTP) which requires additional course training for the proper application of the Kinesio Taping method. Call today for details.

Are you shoveling snow? If so, snow shoveling can be very strenuous on your body and if not done properly can cause injury. Make sure you are prepared and if not check with your healthcare professional. If you are injured or somthing doesn’t feel right don’t wait to get it checked.

It’s that time of year again for our annual Thanksgiving food drive. Please help us to gather as much food as we can for those in need. All items will be donated to St. James Church Totowa, NJ. Please stop by our Totowa office(79 Union Blvd., Totowa, NJ) during business hours and a table will be set up in our waiting room for drop off. Items to donate include; SOUPS, BEANS(canned or dry), PASTA, PASTA SAUCE(plastic jars), CEREAL, OATMEAL OR HOT CEREAL, RICE, CANNED MEATS(chicken, tuna, & seafood in water), MILK(shelf stable or powder), BABY FORMULA AND FOOD, PEANUT BUTTER & JELLY(plastic jars). Thank you always for your support.
