Pistachio Fudge inspired by the viral TikTok Dubai chocolate 🤤 smooth & creamy chocolate ganache with a pistachio paste center and crushed up phyllo pastry all sandwiched between two chocolate macaron shells. 🚨New Flavor🚨 Leche Flan macs! With so many egg yolks leftover from baking macarons, I’ll usually whip up some Filipino Leche Flan. So why not incorporate that same flavor into my macs? The filling is a leche flan buttercream then I add a chunk of my homemade flan in the center. You gotta try em the next time they’re available!

Mostly all of my macarons are gluten free unless they’re made with mix-ins that contain gluten such as graham crackers, a variety of cookie products, etc. The main components in macarons are almond flour, egg whites, sugar, and butter. There are a variety of extracts that I use to flavor them, but I try to go as natural as possible when it comes to certain flavors. 😊

These Neapolitan macs always look so cute lol. Were y’all able to try our ice cream flavor inspired macs from .tracy these past two weeks?? We’ll be bringing back some of our old favorites this Saturday so stay tuned!

She also said, “Wouldnt it be funny if my face was on the macarons?” Lol so you know I had to make that happen.
