📷:
I can’t show up in this space the way I want to right now.
Things in my personal life and all emotions of going through my divorce has just become to much for me that I can’t show up in this space to be a beacon of light and hope right now.
And I share this for two reasons.
1. I am not going anywhere permanently, I just need to heal before I can show up for others (and in me being honest and vulnerable if you are feeling the same in some aspect of your life I hope this gives you permission to take care of you)
Well actually I guess it’s just one reason….but I want to say thank you to my followers for love and support and I hope to be back here with you very soon!
Until then. Be kind to you.
How does resilience and style go together?? Give a listen and find out!!

Blessings are often disguised as missed opportunities.
I touch on this in Ep 6 of the Rising with Phoenix Grace Podcast…
Any Garth Brooks fans in the house?? I used to play unanswered prayers over and over again…and that’s what this makes me think of.
Sometimes something not working out the way we want it to is it actually working out.
A powerful mindset that brings so much peace.
If this resonates with you make sure to like, follow and send on to someone that might need to hear it.
Episode 6 is a powerful reminder that loving other people is what gives us strength not the other way around.
It is a love letter to all of the people I’ve loved and I can’t wait for you to listen it!
Share it with someone you are grateful to have loved. And make sure to rate, download or review and help a sister out!
Next week I’ll be talking all about finding your style so drop any questions below for that episode!!
Or tag someone you are so thankful passed your path along the way!!
I wish I would’ve known early that other women weren’t the issue.
That I wouldn’t of taken the action of a few and let it decide most of my friendships until my late 20s.
Now my women friends are my most prized possessions. The keepers and space holders of my heart.
Tag a woman below that has changed your life. Gratitude multiplies :)
How do you feel about what you wear???
Were you taught that it made you vain to care? Does finding your style overwhelm you?? Is it to much to even think about??
A couple years ago I would’ve said yes to all those questions!! And In two weeks on the Rising with Phoenix Grace podcast I’ll share how I over came that and started finding my style 🙂
(I also told myself I was never a hat person…but I made myself go out of my comfort zone and hat life is sooo fun)
What do you struggle with when it comes to style??? Drop me a comment below and I’ll add it to the podcast :)
This is it. This is the reason I do what I do.
The simple powerful moment shared with someone when you realize you are not alone. That your burden is someone else’s, that your pain has been felt by others. That we are not alone.
In Episode 5 of the rising with Phoenix Grace podcast my guest .ca talks about finding a community even if it’s a YouTube video, you don’t have to feel alone!
What’s the last thing you kept looking at the tracking updates???
This is mine. If you’re struggling with painful, dramatic periods where you feel like someone else takes over your body, this is a game changer.
I didn’t know a cycle could be easy, but this delicious drink has changed everything and honestly I want that for everyone!!
Curious about it? Check out my link or send me a DM.
2 questions…
When was the last time you felt creative??
When was the last time you allowed yourself time to do something creative?
If you’re struggling to find the time in your life for your joy I am here to help. Creativity leads to confidence. But both can only be accomplished by taking action.
If you’re ready to take action send me a Dm and let’s go!!
My breath comes first…..
I was reminded of this last night in my yoga practice.
So often we feel completely powerless, like everything is out of our control.
We forget to breath. Our breath comes first…..
If today makes you feel the pressure of social norms you are not alone.
I encourage you to practice authenticity today.
If today is hard for you. Honor that.
If today is truly about celebration. Honor that.
If it’s a mixed bag of a day…honor that.
With social media all holidays have become amplified, amplifying the emotions with them. I find as I get older, as I learn more about my childhood and every holiday becomes a little more conflicted. And that’s ok.
Honor how you feel today. I hurt today as much as I am grateful for all the mamas in my life and for my daughter making me a mom.
It’s another example of balance.
