Mother's Day plans? ✅️
Celebrate with our new & improved bar menu, including two brand new specialty cocktails (our Strawberry Pink Peppercorn Gin Fizz and Urban Bird—pictured here)!
In May we're thinking pink—to celebrate Mother's Day, to welcome Spring, and to showcase a fun selection of new drinks inspired by the season!
The NoBo Mrkt wine selection is carefully curated to showcase sustainable, organic, and biodynamic farming practices in the wine industry. Celebrate the season with us and explore these exciting, sustainable rosés!
First picture: Jochen Beurer is an ex-BMX champion, turned natural wine maker from Wurttemberg, Germany. His wines are made biodynamically and sustainably and they all have their own individual style and taste. The 2022 Trocken rosé is a saignee of Trollinger, Portugieser, Zweigelt and Spatburgunder. It's essentially wine Gatorade and you'll definitely want to try it.
Second picture: Christina Netzl's family has farmed the land in Gottlesbrun, Austria since 1650 and she decided to break off from her father's winery and create her own. She uses only sustainable and organic farming practices for all of her wines. This rose is hand harvested, goes through spontaneous fermentation and is unfined and unfiltered. This natural wine is a blend of Gruner Veltliner, Zweigelt, St. Laurent and Chardonnay.
