Let's talk about BLIND TASTINGs! Blind tasting is a great way to develop your palate and improve your ability to identify different flavors and aromas in wines or other beverages. Interested in trying it out for yourself? Join us next Wednesday (May 3rd at 7pm) for an intimate tasting group. This is a great opportunity for everyone regardless of your experience level. Cost is $20, and drop-ins are welcome although we do encourage signing up in advance.

Here are just a few of our favorite benefits of a blind tasting group:

Improves your tasting skills: Blind tasting forces you to rely solely on your senses of taste and smell. Without any preconceived notions about the wine, you are better able to focus on the specific characteristics of the wine.

Helps you identify flavors and aromas: Blind tasting allows you to identify specific flavors and aromas in the wine without being influenced by the label or the price.

Builds confidence: Blind tasting can help you gain confidence in your tasting abilities. By correctly identifying the wine, you can validate your knowledge and expertise.

Encourages exploration: Blind tasting can be a fun way to discover new wines and explore different regions and varietals.

Develops your memory: Blind tasting requires you to pay close attention to the wine and commit its characteristics to memory. This skill can help you recall specific wines and vintages in the future.

Last but not least, you get to meet awesome people and taste with them. There is no better way to learn and experience wines, than with other people!
