I am very excited to announce that my painting "Let's Take a Ride" was juried into the 4th Annual AIS all member exhibit! This piece was painted towards the end of the summer at Moomers Homemade Ice Cream in Traverse City MI.
I am excited that my work is being recognized on a national level through the American Impressionist Society, Inc. I am excited to be on the list with these high caliber artists throughout the United States. They had over 2,000 entries and only 269 paintings were chosen for this exhibit.
A note about entering exhibits: I have entered many exhibits and the returns are often disappointing. I have received so many rejection notices. If you are an artist who receives rejection, keep applying you never know when you will get into an exhibit. And when you do, Celebrate!

Another painting delivered to a collector! “Breathe in the Sun” an acrylic on paper was a very experimental piece is now hanging prominently on the wall of this new build in Northern Michigan. I love the color that this painting brings into the home.

I am very happy that a collector purchased my painting “Fishtown from the Bridge.” I made a custom maple frame for the artwork and installed it in the house this weekend. I am so happy to have this artwork go to a good home. Also a special thank you to everyone who owns and collects my artwork. It truly brings me joy to see others appreciating my work. Thank YOU!
