I watched a movie on Amazon Prime called, "The Light Between Oceans" and these are a few lines.

Wife: "You have been through so much in your life and you are always happy. How do you do it?"

Husband: "You only have to forgive once. To resent you have to do it all day every day, all the time. You have to keep remembering the bad things. It is too much work."

I am often asked by clients coming into my reception area, if a picture, plant or some decor item is new, even the couch. And, I always say, no, as I really have not changed things much over time. I am convinced that what they are experiencing has more to do with vibration, or frequency. When there is an uplifted atmosphere, it seems that the outer picture is new and indeed it is. We don't really have to go anywhere, as fun as that is, to experience a great adventure; the adventure in our own awareness of beautiful and healing states of consciousness.

A few days ago a client on the table, who had been in a severe car accident several years back, out of the blue about half way through the session said,
"I am feeling waves of gratitude."
I welled up in gratitude myself, just that the work, our presence together in that moment, could allow this to be.
