LuLu granola was born in the early months of my "survival mode" days of caring for a newborn, a 2 year old, and a 4 year old. Something that tasted good, hit the spot, and afforded me the luxury of knowing it was going to carry me until I had the chance to eat again. "In order to keep the engine running, you must have fuel!"
