Today is Jenny’s birthday. If you ask Austin she’s turning 24.

I just want to say, first of all, to tell you that I am immensely fond of you, and that eleventy-one years is too short a time to live among such an excellent and admirable woman. I don't know you half as well as I should. Secondly, celebrate your birthday as big as you want today. I’ve got the businesses covered.

Just a friendly reminder the big construction has started, but we still have to keep to our appt times. We will do our best to be accommodating. Our days are starting to really fill up so get your appts in early if you can.

If you’re expecting nail art you must inform us while you’re making your appt. We run a tight schedule.

**Announcement**

We really want to say thank you and can’t believe the support we’ve gotten since opening and our continued growth.

We will be closed on Mother’s Day (May 14th) to allow the CuTeam a much needed break and time to spend with their families.

This picture is something we’re working on. A chia seed enhancement as an option.

Today is Jenny and Michelle’s Birthday. Wish them a happy birthday if you’re coming in today!

We will be closed Monday Jan 2nd to allow some extra family time for our QTeam.

As our time wraps up her with Linh and family. Things have just gone by so fast. Here are some pics from the trip.

We’ll be back at both businesses middle-end of next week.

Just giving everyone a heads up. Jenny will be out of the salon starting 11-17-22 until mid-November(TBD). We are having a family emergency that is taking us back to Vietnam to spend some time with our niece. Please keep us in your thoughts and please be patient while everyone adjusts to Jenny being gone and our QTeam picks up our slack.

After a massively way too long of a wait we’re finally ready.

We’re opening on September 8th 2022 10am-8pm

We’re staging product now and ready to go!!!!

Please understand we do NOT want to say no to money. Yelling at us and telling us we need more staff is not acceptable.

1:25am and Jennifer and George aren’t sleeping. No rest for the wicked. Let’s have an amazing day! When we wake up ;)

We do our best to accommodate everyone when we can. We are booked solid and every appt is treated as such. When you show up late and start yelling because we aren’t able to seat you, we don’t want to say no, but in turn we aren’t able to seat you and make the rest of our appts today late.

We have a store policy that states every appt that is made, if you’re not able to make the appt or need to change the appt to let us know 24hrs before. If you’re not able to make it we will be asking for the cost of the missed appt.

If you see a nail tech “wandering” around and we’re not calling that tech to do your nails and make a living it’s most likely they have an upcoming appt or something else on their schedule that limits their ability to do your nails.

The amount of negativity and outright disrespect that has happened over this summer when everyone is stressed and everyone is short staffed………

We operate by appt for you all. We keep our times quite well. We honor your time and ask to be treated with some respect. We’re all here for you and us. If we’re to keep our appts continuing we have to continue our no show policy.

As one of the OG’s of the QT Family moves away we want to say, thank you to Eva as she heads to a new state. We wish her and the family well.

Safe travels and believe me when we say the whole QT Family will miss you. A huge hole is being left behind.
