this regular of mine came in and i couldn’t believe the state of her hair! we’ve been working for nearly a year on a healthy and bright creamy blonde, so to see this damage was astonishing. it took us a while to figure out what had happened but she didn’t rinse out an oil based glossing treatment before applying heat and this is what had happened. we had to cut quite a bit off but luckily she LOVES a textured cut. a quick gloss on top of the cut and her hair felt A MILLION times better 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

safe to say mullets, shags and all alternative cuts are my new fav dig to do 😍😍😍😍
