Techs, it is your responsibility to deliver the quality for these prices.
If you are below $40 for any service in nails, you are hurting yourself (wouldn’t it be nice to buy that sandwich for lunch that went up to $15 because of inflation?!), and you are hurting other techs in this luxury line of business who want to grow and support themselves.
So don’t be a dick and undercut pricing. Take responsibility and improve your quality to reflect luxury nails.
If you are new, welcome! Now get to work improving your quality, don’t start so low you burn out and quit because you can’t afford rent.
The days of us in the service industry just supplementing our household income are gone. WE ARE THE HOUSEHOLD INCOME!!!
