For high income earners, maximizing retirement plan contributions isn't enough to bolster retirement savings. Read below for 5 strategies to maximize more of your income!
Are you providing the best 401(k) plan for your business?
Not all 401(k) plans are created equal, and plans can vary drastically. While individual raises, bonuses, and promotions may benefit some, a 401(k) plan may be easier and more equitable to apply to your whole company.
Employees who feel their employer is invested in them are more likely to be engaged in their workplace and stay with the company longer, reducing the high cost of employee turnover. This can have drastically positive effects on your company in the long run.
So, when’s the right time to re-evaluate your business’s 401(k) plan? Now.
There are several retirement savings options for your business, depending on your employees' needs, the size of your organization and more. Be sure to explore the plans available to you, so you don't miss out on the valuable recruitment and retention benefits of creating a more financially sound retirement for your employees.
F.I.T. Financial Group can help you find a plan that works best for your company, provide ongoing education for your employees and be sure to keep your plan updated in the future.

Financial peace of mind is becoming increasingly more difficult to come by for many employees. So much so that 73% of employees say that their financial worries severely or majorly impact their productivity at work.
You can do the math and see how this could be a major drain on resources, productivity, and ultimately, losses for your business.
Offering the right financial benefits and training can remedy these worries which means increased productivity long after you’ve hired and onboarded top talent.
It’s important to note the importance of offering both an easy-to-use retirement plan AND the financial training that goes along with it. Providing one without the other is like giving your employees great steaks to eat but no grills to cook them on.
