40 homes have come off the market in the past week because they didn't sell but 34 of them were on sale for less than 90 days (3 months.. ?? 🧐 )

We have lost so many skills over these last few years I hope agents have not lost the ability to effectively communicate how much time it takes to sell a home.

I called these 40 people today and told them.

This Buffett-ism has garnered a lot of debate since he first said it years ago. It's a quote about the difference between successful people and really successful people.

The context here is most busy people are driven by doing more, not less. If we let our egos dictate our actions and we keep saying yes instead of no, it’s not a sustainable business or life practice. We will crash and burn.

To simplify our lives and keep us grounded you have to know what to say no to. It could mean saying no to the shiny objects that may tempt us but in reality, don’t really serve us or our mission
