During your first consultation before you ever book, my job is to walk through your entire day. I listen to dreams you’ve had since you were a little child, and sometimes I help plan for moments you never thought of. We walk through what you’ve envisioned for your day, minute by minute.

Then, at the end, we must address the daunting "M" word, money. You hate it, and I hate it even more. It can sometimes interfere with those plans and dreams.

However, I can assure you that I will never pressure you to overspend. Everyone has a budget, and my role is not to push you beyond that but to help make adjustments within that limit. At times this means revising those plans. And honestly, at times that can also mean I’m helping you find another photographer who better fits your needs. In the end, you will leave knowing you made the right choice, and I’m happy to be a part of that!

Now sometimes, just sometimes I get “the call” just days before the wedding asking to add moments back in that we took out….and we all smile knowing that with so many special people in your life, these could never be cut.

When you get married the same weekend the Northern Lights show their beauty....you have to at least attempt "the shot".

However, we waiting and watched all night, and decided photoshop may just have to do as we needed to get back to the party inside!
